Payment & Insurance Information

Payment Schedule:

First Deposit: A payment of $100.00 per person is due September 6, 2027.
Final Payment: The final deposit and remaining balance are due October 23, 2027. This payment should be accompanied by a rooming list.

A $40 per person penalty applies upon deposit. Insurance premiums are non-refundable. Service charges will be assessed for any cancellations.

Travel Protection: Travel Protection can be purchased for $92.00 per person based on double occupancy. Please send a separate check payable to PML Travel & Tours. Travel Protection should be purchased at the time of your initial deposit to ensure full benefits. Group cancellation policy applies. See your group leader for details.
