Payment & Insurance Information

Payment Schedule:

First Deposit: $250.00 per person is due by April 16, 2027
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by July 19, 2027 and should be accompanied by the rooming list

* Insurance premiums are non-refundable. Service charges will be assessed for cancellations.

Cancellation Information:

$25.00 penalty per person upon deposit

Travel Protection: Travel Protection can be purchased for $145.00 per person, based on double occupancy. It should be purchased at the time of the initial deposit to ensure full benefits. Please send a separate check made payable to PML Travel & Tours. Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
